Everyone who joins Mythoscript — in any role — carries the same responsibility. The people we serve have been let down before. By systems. By people who meant well but didn't follow through.
We will not be another one of those things.
Open roles
All roles begin as volunteer positions with a clear path to paid compensation as the platform grows.
The person who keeps the tables running and the people safe.
Platform admins are the operational heartbeat of Mythoscript. You match players to tables, manage DM assignments, handle sensitive outreach, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. This is not a background role. You are the human face of Mythoscript to the people who need us most.
The person who turns a character sheet into something a family keeps forever.
Every child who completes a Mythoscript adventure receives a custom illustrated portrait of their character — framed and mailed to their family. You are the person who makes that. Some of these portraits will be the last piece of art made for a child who doesn't make it. That is the weight of this role.
The person who finds the people who need us — and the people who want to help.
Mythoscript needs to be found — by hospitals and shelters, by DMs who want to give their time to something real, by people who want to support it, and by the community growing around it. Every post, every partnership conversation, every piece of outreach carries the mission. You are the voice of Mythoscript in the world.
The person who keeps the infrastructure holding everything else up.
Mythoscript runs on real technology — databases, servers, platform code, security infrastructure. You build and maintain that foundation. The data you protect belongs to real people. That means security is not a feature — it is the baseline. You'll work directly with the founder building this from the ground up.
